The location of the house of Amroth, the last king of Lórien, this beautiful hill is covered in grass, elanor, and niphredil.

The City of the Trees, Caras Galadhon is the only city in Lothlórien. It contains huge mallorn trees, the biggest of which houses the talan of Galadriel and Celeborn.

| Edoras
Literally "the courts" in Rohirric, Edoras is the chief city of Rohan, and location of the great feast hall of Meduseld, the court of the king.

A great fortification located in a gorge in the White Mountains, the Deeping Wall and fortress of Hornburg have never been breached.

| Minas Tirith
The "Tower of the Guard", Minas Tirith (also know as the White City) is the citadel of the Kings of Gondor, and the location of the White Tree of Gondor.

Once the chief city of Gondor, Osgiliath was abandoned, first to plague, then to Sauron's forces. Few but bands of soldiers enter this once-great river town now.

Once a populous region, with the capture of Minas Ithil, Ithilien was abandoned. Now it is full of nothing but ghosts and ruins, and only the bravest venture here.

Once called Minas Ithil, it was renamed after its capture by the Nazgûl. It is now constantly at war with Minas Tirith, and its beautiful carvings defaced into horrid beasts and signs of evil.

Barad-Dûr is Sauron's main tower and throne. It was once destroyed by the Last Alliance, but was rebuilt.
