Ithilwen snorted. "Oh, I know what it means," she said. "That's actually half the insult, don't you think? Sarcasm, you see, that I might actually be attracted to an antient coward such as yourself. I've seen more attractive orcs!" She looked him up and down, as if to verify that this was still true, and snorted at what she saw.

"Oh well. I guess Noldor are blind...At leat I don't look like an old human hag..." he said with a sigh. "You know, once humans age, thier hair turns silver. UNless thy are albino..."

Ithilwen laughed. "Oh, my dear Eram," she said. "An old human hag? Perhaps. But if we are going to talk about freak hair colors, let's talk about your own. Pure black, brittle and dark as night, with two strands of hair the color of bleached bone framing your face? At least mine is prized." She leaned in closer, as if revealing a secret. "And, remember, I'm not the 14,000 year old here, huh? Perhaps I should show some more respect for my elders."

"You'll be worse off then me when you are 14, 000. And yes, you should be respecting your elders. And freak hair colours? You think I got out of the Grinding ice without some sign of trauma? I'd like to see you freeze off your fingers and listen to some poncey Noldor complain about the cold..."

Ithilwen waved his words away. "We don't have to worry about that, do we? One falls off, we can always get a wooden replacement." She started playing with her fingers, pretending to count them, to remind him that she still had all ten.

"Yeah, yeah... you're one to talk...It wasn't my fault that Gil-Galad was drunk and happened to be playing with Aeiglos...Well, at least I have my dignity. Unlike you, playing with those orcs in Helm's Deep. How did Glauron ever get by knowing that his wife is an orc fancier..."

Ithilwen had had enough. Really, he had gone too far. "Better an Orc than an Elf such as yourself!" she cried. "Really, I don't know what Nimmir sees in you! I, myself, whould rather be ravaged by the Orcs all over again."

Eramrtah was shocked. Not by the fact that Ithilwen knew...but the fact that she brought Nimmir into this. "How dare you? Bring you're own freind into this...Tsk, tsk, Ithilwen. I though you would have more honour than that..." he scolded.

Ithilwen snorted. "I brought no one into this!" she cried. "I merely stated a fact -- that, much as I love my friend, I cannot understand what she sees in an antient, whithered, arrogant, spineless, freak excuse for an Elf such as yourself!"
