Gemma sat among the lilies of the quiet garden hearing the water of the gentle brooke near by as the only noise. Her eyes had been red with crying after the news of her father's death had settled in after the shock. He had gone on patrol and been killed by a strong, yet lost, orc. She hugged her knees close to her chest and gazed aimlessly at a blooming rose. (someone can jump in)

(But since no one has) She finally stood, seeing a small bridge that crossed the brook and walked over to it to check it out, and hopefully help releave her of the shock and pain. She looked at it as she approached. Small. Wooden. No rails. Simple. She finally reached it, but didn't cross over.

Daimeriel had finally reached her destination. Rivendell. She had always wanted to see this beautiful home of the elves, and now she was here. Imeriel walked around the gardens, enjoying the different smells and colors. Finally she reached a small brook. She followed it down stream where she came across a bridge, and another elf.
(I jumped in! Am I too late?)

Gemma looked up. "No, your not late," tehehe, J/K, not really. Gemma looked up. "Oh, hello," she said as she looked across to the other elf.

"Hello." Daimeriel walked closer and stopped a few feet away. She looked around her sorroundings. "It's so beautiful here." She turned back to the other elf and smiled.

"I agree, I've never seen Rivendell before, it is most breath taking," Gemma kindly replied with a smile.
((Sorry for the delay...blah))

"I've never seen Rivendell before either. This is my first, and most likely my last trip here. I just got tired of being ignorant." Daimeriel looked around and sighed.
((it's ok!))
