Vanya smiled at her daughter, as did Urúvion. "Of course!" she said, patting her hand under the table, and it was time for the vows.

Alya and Landion were ushered away from the table to a designated area for this very thing. The crowed turned to face them. She looked him in the eye, ignoring the audience. It was if it were only the two of them, and lord Elrond.

Alya smiled, letting the tears stream down her face. "I swear, by Ilúvatar, to love you and respect you, in life and death, forever and ever, until the end of time." She smiled as she slipped the gold ring on his finger. She looked back at him. She thought she saw a tear in his eyes. She smiled at him.

Alya smiled at him. The ceremony was over. It was almost official. She thought of when they first met. She had been looking for Ithilwen. It was pure chance. She had loved him farely soon afterwards. She wondered when he had started loving her. She would have to ask him later. But for now, she would enjoy herself, and the blissful day.

He laughed with her, then suddenly drew her into a dark alley and kissed her, long and passionate. When he finally came gasping up for air, he laughed. "I've been wanting to do that since I first met you!" he confessed.

He smiled at her. "I don't know," he said. "I just remember seeing you one day, and realizing my feelings for you." He kissed her again, this time a peck. "But I feel that I've always wanted to spend forever with you."

He smiled, but then looked around. The night had gotten dark, and chilly as well. "Let's get inside," he said, leading her the rest of the way to his house.

She looked around as he got the door for her. The neighborhood didn't seem that bad. She smiled, see it will be fine, she thought.
