He smiled, leading her to the dining room, where the maids and Cook had laid out a wonderful meal. Recently, Cook's meals had gotten more and more extravagant, trying to tempt his mistress' lost appetite with delicacies.

She smiled, "Thank you so much," she thanked him. She picked at her food, not eating a lot, but she did eat a little. Definitly more then usual. "How was work?" she asked, trying to think of somthing to talk about.

Landion smiled. "The same," he said. "We're currently working on a circlet. Nothing fancy, just plain really."

She nodded. "I love my circlet that you made my," she smiled, "I havn't worn it in ages," she said, "Not since...." she trailed off, "But I do love mine," she smiled weakly. "And the necklace," she said, her hand touching it. She almost never took it off.

He smiled, getting up to once again kiss her forehead. "You should wear your circlet more often," he said, running his hands through her hair.

She got up and hugged him, "It's good to laugh," she told him. "We should dance," she said, We havn't danced since our wedding," she smiled.

He smiled, too, immediately sweeping her up in his arms to do so. It didn't matter that there was no music -- he danced to the music in his heart, and knew she would follow.

She closed her eyes, letting a tear fall from her eye. She wanted children. She always did. But she didn't know if she could go through that again. It had cut to deep.

He saw her tear, and his heart sank. They had been doing so well! He sighed. "We won't speak of children if you do not wish to," he offered.

She smiled kissing his cheek, "There will be talks of children, and more tears," she told him, "But that doesn't mean I'm not happy," she promised.

He smiled back. "Good," he said. "And, you're right, there will be talks of children. And children, as well." He smiled sadly, pressing a hand to her now-flat stomach. "But I will never forget my first son."
