He blinked and nodded. "I will," he said with a nod. "What kind, and what kind of stones?" He smiled. Cirelets were his favorite, but necklaces were another favorite. No more swords were going out of this forge, just jewelery.

She smiled. "Oh, thank you!" she said. "I don't care, just something pretty." She didn't add that her family was too poor to afford anything but the cheap stuff purchased at the market. She didn't know anything about jewelry.

He smiled and nodded. "I'll make it when you're not here of course," he said with a small smile. "But it will be made."

Vanmoriel smiled. "Thank you, Glauron!" she said. Just saying his name sent an electrical charge through her.

He smiled. "Thank you for calling me Glauron," he smiled and looked at her. "I hate it when people call me m'lord... I'm a Silvan elf, just like most of us... Ithilwen gave me my title..."

Vanmoriel bristled slightly at the mention of her name. Oh, well, she couldn't have everything . . .
Just then, Ithilwen herself came back in. "Speak of the devil . . ." Vanmoriel said, pretending to be joking. "We were just talking about you!"

He smiled at his wife and then Vanmoriel. "About how I had a title all of a sudden after marrying you." He smirked and shook his head.

Ithilwen smiled. "Neither of us was expecting that!" she said, laughing. Once again, she took her perch on the barrell, beside Vanmoriel.
Suddenly, the fire from the furnace flared hot. Vanmoriel jumped, and Ithilwen absentmindedly patted her leg comfortingly. She recoiled at the contact, but once again quickly regained her composure. Ithilwen, fortunately, didn't see. Glauron, however, was looking at her oddly. She pretended not to notice.

He rose an eyebrow. "Ithilwen, what's for dinner tonight?" he asked and sighed, wanting to ignore the look he had just seen.

Ithilwen, however, was clueless. "I don't know," she said. "You'll have to ask Cook."
Vanmoriel shook her head. They had a cook?! Goodness, they lived nice!

Ithilwen smiled at the inside joke, and left. Vanmoriel glared after her for a few more minutes before going back to work.

The rest of the day went smoothly for Glauron. Finishing one charm for a necklace for an elven lady and smiled at his wife. "Thank you for your help," he said with a bow and smiled. Then left with Ithy.

Vanmoriel nodded. It looked like she had a pretty good job here. Satisfied, she left. She'd be back the next day.
